Deluxe Footrest mounts to the pedestal post with a split mounting bracket and internal plastic collar bushing allowing for easy swivel adjustment without marking the pedestal post and includes lower locking collar for vertical adjustment.
Two-piece design allows unit to be installed without removing the seat.
